Amigos os posteo la configuracion de mi ordenador y el mensaje de error que da en las continuas caidas al escritorio haciendo la campaña individual. Por si a alguien se le ocurre algo.

Acabo de descubrir que Steam tiene un motor de identificación de tu sistema y HArdware y me llama la atención que me salga este no compatible con HyperThreading. Es grave y si lo es como se soluciona?.
He le ido en internet que es una tecnológia para simular doble núcleo, pero yo tengo 4. No sé si me afecta?.

Si te pasa sólo con el Empires lo mas normal es que sea algún bug del juego y de nada te va a servir que te marees la cabeza buscando otra causa.

El hypertheatring sólo lo usan los procesadores intel y no todos. No te preocupes que es normal que un AMD no sea compatible con eso.

Mientras esperaba la respuesta he estado buceando en el foro de Steam sobre el Empires y es de "cataclísmo" en muchos de sus hilos.

La verdad es que nuestros "amigos" han de tener la piel dura para asistir a tanta queja.Os recomiendo un paseito por los mismos.

Mirar lo que pone un chaval al que le ocurre lo mismo que a mí y fijaros que otro le responde que depende tambien del nivel de dificultad al que pongas el juego ( yo tengo la campaña en normal y las batallas en dificil):

hi,
first i want to apologize for my bad english.
i know that there r many posts about this topic, and i have read a few of them, but i dont know if there r still probs after the last patch with crashs.
i'm playing the grand campagna the second time, now with the english empire... i cant tell a number of rounds that may cause the crash, but it suddenly crashes, dont know y, sometimes when i choose a marine, sometimes if i scroll, sometimes after a battle, sometimes it just crashes without any action.
my second point is the enomous time it needs to show the radius of moving on the map when i click on a marine, i thought about another crash, but it just took long... =)
can anybody state the problem???
my system is good enough to play it on very high, so thats debarred.
i am more than furious about paying 50€ for this game that doesnt work. i never bought a game that was so full of bugs.
what makes me so furious is the fact that i like the game, i like it but the damn crashes and bugs!

Posts: 8 I fully understand how you feel. I have 4 different factions saved to hopefully finish ONE DAY. For example I'm stuck at 1714 with the English where what ever I do before end turn it still crashes. With the French it crashes when Pirates attack me or me them or Indains attack which I think is stuck on 1709. I can't stop it.
I have finished the game with the Dutch and Germans only on easy but all other factions crash at 1 point or another and can't continue for some reason.

Posts: 58 The word is that there should be a patch early this coming week. Hopefully it will fix most of the CTD problems atleast.

Posts: 2 it seems like it depends on the dificulty how often it crashes. i played the prussian campagne on normal and it didnt crash so often. the english one crashes nearly every 5 rounds. i dont know y!?
