Bienvenido profe! :D Mejor tener unas vacaciones accidentadas que no tener vacaciones, como uno que yo me se.

Lo de los personajes lo solucione traspasando los .tga a la carpeta del vanilla, tal como explicas en el block del frikky moder. No queria retocar nada de las carpetas originales pero bueno.

Tengo otro problemilla. He puesto una foto en el stratpage con las dimensiones correctas pero en el mapa de campaña aparece mas estrecha y alargada. No sabes la de chorraditas de este estilo que me hacen relentizar el trabajo!

El problema del medieval 2 es que es muy facil jugarlo.
Ponlo todo en muy dificil y juegalo con una faccion cutre.
Yo lo que hacia era bajar la cantidad de florines que recibes del rey en cada turno.Mercaderes a saco hacia la region de tombuctu y los timuridos los dejaba para el final.Lo de los asedios con tres unidades tambien te pasara en muy dificil.

Ahora estoy intentando cambiar los modelos de los personajes que aparecen en el mapa de campaña pero no ahi manera.

por ej los espias. He editado el spy_hre.tga.dds y el desc_model_strat.txt.
Al empezar partida, despues de cargar el mapa de campaña me salta al escritorio. En el system log pone esto:

En principio habría que "clonar" la unidad en export_descr_unit para la facción requerida, renombrarla tantas veces como aparezca en los diferentes ficheros (p. ej. export_descr_buildings) y luego darle el nombre en export_units.txt.strings.bin. Evidentemente también las fichas e imágenes informativas deben ser renombradas.

Si modifico el export_units.txt cambiara para todas las facciones.Quiero cambiarselo solo a las unidades de una faccion.

El tema de los scripts lo dejare para mas adelante.Pasito a pasito que soy un novato.

He modificado el numero de turnos y el precio para la construccion de edificios y mejoras de los enclaves.

Quiero cambiarle el nombre a las unidades de una faccion.
¿Tendre que volver a editar los archivos export descr unit, battle models.modeldb, export descr buildings, renombrar las texturas y los .tga o hay una manera mas sencilla de hacerlo?

¿Se le puede asignar un gremio a una region en particular independientemente de la faccion a la que corresponda?

¿Seria muy complicado hacer un script con los siguientes parametros?
No se puede construir una gran catedral en la region tal hasta el año tal.
Mision: construir gran catedral a partir de ese año.
Si se construye hantes de x años recives florines y si no lo haces el papado te declara la guerra, te excomulgan y cruzada al canto.

Buenas, tengo un problemilla con el mtw2.
He creado una faccion apartir de los sajones y el problema es que en los enclaves conquistados no me aparecen las iglesias en el panel de construccion.
En los que cree al principio en el descr_strat si aparecen, pero no me deja reclutar sacerdotes.Tampoco puedo suvir de nivel, es decir de iglesia a abadia.
He revisado los archivos y no veo nada raro.
En el system.log todo parece correcto.

He creado una region y se la he asignado a los sajones. Lo que pretendo ahora es añadirles unidades de otras facciones, y no entiendo muy bien como se modifica el archivo battle_models.modeldb. He mirado tutoriales en twcenter pero de ingles no tengo ni idea. Espero que podais ayudarme.

Por ejemplo con la unidad town_militia. Añadirla a los sajones utilizando las texturas de hre.
Otra cosa. ¿Como puedo saber el digito asignado a una faccion?
